The restaurant is part of the iconic functionalist Pavillon building, one of the city's most significant architectural structures. The concept of Pavillon Steak House is built on a simple yet demanding philosophy - working with top-quality ingredients, respecting their natural character, and preparing them with the utmost precision. The leading role is played by premium beef, which we age under ideal conditions to achieve full flavor and a tender texture.
